LOUISIANNA! Ever since Hewey P. Long {king fish} In 1991 Edwin Edwards was elected govenor for his 4th term. He ran against David Duke. A known kkk member. The bumper stickers read"vote the crook" He won by 5% of the vote. At about the same time a number of New Orleans Policeman were arrested for murder. Edwin Edwards is now in prison.
Now look at Hurricane Katrina

Delware. They have the worst drivers, lots of old people, tons of crappy fast food chains, and there is no history in that state. I know it was the first state, but there is nothing worth to site see.

somebody DIED in their 'big dig' tunnel
the people are the most rude, obnoxious and un-helpful lot I've ever encountered in my travels
