i feel it hard to control my own emotion even when somebody say things i feel obviously wrong,why, and can i resist, any resource available

Because you lack maturity and self-control. Learn to respect others' views even if you find them wrong, silly or senseless! The only recourse, not resource, for you is to ignore and go on with your life! Doing so a few times, you will find you are turning yourself into a totally different personality and people will begin to like your attitude towards life! Hope you feel better David!

each and every so often I word i won't be able to thoroughly convey myself or under no circumstances, or perhaps understand if i'm feeling something in any respect... this occurs while something takes me with the help of marvel... I must be happy or unhappy or besides, some severe emotion, yet I in basic terms form of take a seat on the spot with a clean in my ideas as to how i'm feeling... would desire to be this, or no longer... possibly you're stable and would settle for particular issues and not in basic terms destroy out... and that's a good element...

You can take some tests and see therapists abou the obs-compulsive and personality disorders that often underlie an extreme case. Lithium helped me with that symptom too. Google Gangaji and see if her path helps.

You'll need to accept your own mistakes positively and learn from that mistakes. It is a matter of acceptance, if you don't you will always feel bad whenever you received some comments from others.

You might have a problem called emotion syndrome. Go and get some advice from a psychiatrist.
