I recently had a package that was scheduled to come on the 18th, but up till now, I have not received it. I'm starting to think that UPS employees are theives or do you guys believe that they are not and/or something else must had happened?
Here is the tracking #, so you will understand what I mean:
1Z 05W 358 12 0346 367 0
^ I don't freaking get it. Up till now, I have not received my item. I filed a report, but I have no idea how long that's going to go.

dude, did you speak to a live person???? if you did they should be able to give you some information as to when to expect your package........Also, they may be doing an investigation as to why you haven't received your package yet......You can also contact the company that you placed the order with, so that they can help assist with the search.....
In most cases the company replaces the items for you.....it's no biggie.....

I was scheduled for delivery on 10 / 31 / 2014 I am on disability and at home the UPS driver stopped in front of my house I weighted for the doorbell or a knock at the door and nothing I went to the door and saw the driver in the truck just before he drove off. I looked for the package and found nothing. I looked at the tracking and the driver put it in as delivered. I called UPS and started an investigation I contacted the shipper and UPS said the package was delivered. I let the shipper know it was not left at my home.no word yet. I paid with paypal so I will file a claim with them. This sucks feeling ripped off.

I wouldn't say that they are theives, but I would say that they are dumba****. I've had a couple of times that the UPS person couldn't get inside to deliver my package (I live in an apartment)--and all they do is leave a post-it outside (most of the time it's by luck that I will find it and realize it's for me!)...they will do that three times before they keep it at the office. THEN, you have to call them and schedule a time to pick it up. SO ANNOYING! I've always had better luck with the USPS or even Fed-Ex. UPS stinks!
As for your tracking number, I would go on UPS.com and find out what happened to your package...I doubt they stole your item, but they may just be stupid and don't know how to get it to you!

Well, if that item does not require you to sign it, you can always request them to send it again. It could be a theft, or it could be lost due to accident (car accident and so on). In your case, everything looks normal, but you didn't sign for it, so there is no proof they deliever to you even you have all these logs. You can call the place you bought stuff and tell them you didn't receive it.
It is your words against theirs and UPS because you didn't sign for it. They HAVE to re-ship that item to you without charge.
Couple of times I have to do it. And sometimes, I received item that I didn't even order (freebies!!) I didn't bother to return it just in case they are looking for the item detail, returning it is a hassle... :)

no I've had plenty of dealings with ups . you have to understand the size of this company and the volume of packages they deal with , sometimes thing get lost ,misdirected or damaged this is a downfall of being such a large company. i don't think they are dishonest at all but an investigation into your case could take 10 working days to resolve.
