Actually, you CAN have water at a temperature of 32 degrees and still have it be in liquid form...

Plus, the OP didn't specify whether it's 32 degrees Fahrenheit or Centigrade; 32°C might be a bit too warm to exert yourself for any length of time, but it is doable as well...

32 degrees Celsius? That would be awesome temperature. It would be just perfect.

or 32 degrees Fahrenheit? Do you want to die?!!!!

32 degree water would be frozen. You would die slowly of hypothermia. If you've touched ice for an extended period of time, it's pretty painful as well.

No I would never do that.

thats probably not a good idea....hypothermia......you know when the body temperature DROPS and you could DIE.

oh yeah, and unless it was an ocean or a rver with a current, 32 degrees is freezing, so its sorta hard 2 swim in ice......

Once I've dipped into water with such temperature, it was a kind of experiment, I had my heart rate monitor on (http://www.beetsblu.com/sensor/) and it showed how stressed my heart and the whole body was, I didn't die in the end and felt rather energetic the whole day, but I think I couldn't swim for a longer period of time
