i knew it,already,but recently confirmed that,,,,,over usage of the internet,may predispose u,to serious of medical hazardous,for ie: lead find in the CRT and the souldering of circuit board,may damage ,the kidney,nervous system and the blood,,,cadmunion and selinium in circuit board,causes irreversible damage to the kidney,brominated flame retardantes in plastic cover,cable and connectors,causes cancer of the digestive system..also since i started using computers,5 yrs ago,my eyesight has diminished,and i got back hand gaglion,apart from imtermintents headaches,however those hazards above are increased,when such products are disposed of,in water or dumps,any one knowledgeable in the matter,care to shed more light in the topic?thanks

yes overuse of anything poses a health risk. the CRTs are known to emit radioactive rays which accumulate in the body system over a long time, as such overuse of computer system particularly when you have a CRT monitor (the LCD screens are much better) exposes you to this danger like the above mentioned health risks.

Similarly, continuous stay on the computer also exposes you to what is referred to as Cumulative Trauma Disorders eg cramps in your leg muscles, wrist pains, back pains due to prolonged & improper seating posture, eye sight problems due to continuous gaze at the monitor screen.

Lead in the CRT....solder in the circuit boards...

Well, simply....stop eating your computer! Seriously, the lead in the CRT's is important, and a lot ofpeople dispose of them too eaisly. THEre is no easy solution, until everyone knows that this is not some toy you throw int eh garbage when you'r done with it....
