I have a warrent for my arrest because of a fine that wasnt paid. They said turn myself in, but I dont have the money to get out. My question is when I pay the fine will the warrent go away?? Also they suspended my drivers lisence. How do i get them back??? will I have to re test??? That test was a ***** to pass.

You will have to turn yourself in for the warrant to be 'cleared'. Most likely if it's a first offense they will hold you until you see the judge and he will release you on what is called a "PO" or Personal Recognance Bond. When they tally up what you will be required to pay it will include some of the following fees?
The amount of the original fine, Court costs, plus in some cases a 'warrant fee'...That's the most I can tell you especially without having any idea where you live. Laws are different in each state county and city.....so this is just a well educated guess on my part.

you have a few things in one question to address. first off you might have been able to have contacted the judges secretary and payed the fine and had everything cleared up, but since you have failed to appear that is an all together different thing. before you might have gotten away with just paying the fine and then paying the renewal for you d/l. the courts view your failure to appear as a slap in the face and there will be consequences that you must pay. if i were you i would call the judges secretary and see if you can work something out. don't count on it though and have all of the money that they want. besides how do you know there is a warrant when you didn't even know you had a court date? if you were to turn yourself in there is no guarantee that you would even have a bond since you failed to appear once already. i went through something like this once and turning yourself in only makes it easier on the cops not you. unless you just want to end it all.

Turn yourself in regardless. It can only be worse the longer it gets. There is no guarantee that they will set a bail amount on you anyway, they could just let you go after you were booked in. To get your license back varies in most states, but if it was only suspended because of an unpaid fine, more than likely you will not have to retest.

You must either turn yourself in or run . . .If you pay the fine it will not go away . . you have a warrant out for your arrest (either way). Best thing is to turn your self in . . . face the judge & get it worked out. He will tell you to make payment arrangements & then 'should' let you go... as long as it isn't serious. The drivers lic. is a no brainer . . just go to court . . he will lift the suspension . .then you will have to go to your dmv in order to get it reinstated (this will cost more cash) . . any way you look at it . . IT SUCKS.. but it is what it is & you cant change it. Just take care of it before it gets worse (and IT WILL).. Best of luck

Contact a lawyer.
You crossed an important line when you ignored your fine.
Time to serve, serve your time.
Don't cry. Take your punishment bravely. Stop avoiding your problems and confront them. It will feel uncomfortable, but you'll grow in wisdom.
If you don't have enough money, contact Legal Services. Yes, it sucks to be poor doesn't it? Stop whining and start picking up the pieces of your life.

Turn yourself in, get out on own recognizance, appear in court and challenge subject-matter jurisdiction (you're entitled to an administrative hearing and final agency determination, this is never done) move to dismiss for lack of due process and subject-matter jurisdiction. Lose, then appeal.

The unpaid ticket was the summons to appear in court if it was a moving violation. Now that you have failed to appear, you will have the fine for the ticket, any penalties for failure to appear that you will have to pay. I swear, you kids shouldn't drive if you are not going to take responsibility for your actions.

Yeah you have to pay it, plus any additional fines and interest.
As for the liscense you have to retake the test, then pay an a re-issue fee to get it back. (Mine was $80 in VA) Remember to have you birth certificate when you goto the DMV.
Hope that helps

once you pay the fine the warrant will be vacated and you will get your liscence back but you might have to pay $25.00 restoration fee don't worry it's no big deal just pay the fine off in FULL and you should be okay

rob a bank to get the money if you don't have it. Once you pay the fine your warrant will go away
.......but then that leaves the bankrobbing issue..........
