Harmonious synchronization or spiritual compatibility is definitely achievable. I will not list ways to get there as so many wannabees have published all types of sweet-sounding hypotheses. The fact of the matter is that such levels require so much discipline and understanding, especially of life's counter-forces. In our Occidental societies we are programmed to do, to achieve. Our engines must understand the "rest" or counter-force mechanisms. One of the longest surviving societies--the Chinese specialize in teaching "The Law of Opposites" or Yin and Yang principles. The Torah and its confirming segment called The New Testament translate original texts and make those teachings available in different languages. The problem is that those disciplines require proper teaching. Most of the teachers set up teaching mechanisms, outside of the educational systems and call such churches. Egypt tampered with the other side of spirituality. It is easier, less rules but seriously problematic. That form requires subjugation of peoples (slavery)and the performance of rituals with human body fluids. The benefits are temporary power but at the tremendous price of spiritual entanglement which manifests in strange diseases--mental and physical.
The ordained way, when practiced properly, brings peace, harmony and contentment.
