If you want to then you can, don't do it to please anyone else. I'd recommend waxing as opposed to shaving if you want rid.

Don't shave - it'll all grow back stubbly and hard. Try plucking or waxing - I'd recommend going to a professional beautician, the one I visit only costs £8 for an eyebrow wax, its not expensive and lasts for up to three weeks.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

is it a musical monobrow? if so, I'd recommend making it musical, before asking your question in the Music section.
if not, just sellotape a harmonica to it. simple, yet effective.
lol, pie.

Not the whole thing!! You'd look even odder with no eyebrows!
Why don't you just pluck or wax in between?
