Lots of lube, lots of patience. And the hand's not really a fist; it's more of a teardrop shape--it's not like they're punching you on the inside, you know? So I've heard from people who enjoy it. I'm not one of them.

I'm not sure who came up with this term, but it just seems like something done in hard core sado-masochistic porn or something. I doubt it's enjoyable, not in the way us regular folks interpret pleasure. In S&M all rules fly out the window. So pain becomes pleasure in most cases. It doesn't float my goat so add me to the list of folks that don't consider it enjoyable.

I dont know about fisting, but i so enjoy trying to kick my partners but when we spar in martial arts, now thats enjoyable, and fun, but sorry fisting sounds well aggressive for ladies.
