I really liked it!
Rumor had it that Invasion might move over to The CW in Fall 2006 upon its cancellation by ABC. Since The CW is co-owned by CBS and Invasion's production studio, Warner Bros. it was a strong possibility. However in May 2006, the CW had not picked up Invasion for its 2006-2007 program lineup. Immediately following the show's cancellation, avid fans of the series started a campaign to get the series to continue. It included an online petition (The motto of which is "Did you see the signatures?"), letter writing campaign, and the mailing of water bottles to ABC and other prospective networks. In close to four weeks, over 35,000 signatures were recorded on the online "Save Invasion" petition including the signature of Invasion cast member Nathan Baesel. Starting in May 2006, campaign activities were organized via the World Wide Web through SaveInvasion.net and Invasion fan forums. On June 13th 2006, fans paid to have a banner plane fly over ABC Headquarters in Burbank, CA with the message, "ABC See the light! Save Invasion!"

There's not going to be a second series from what I heard.
I think the DVD boxset is coming out soon.
I personally don't watch it, but my mom does and she said even though there's been a petition to run a second series for Invasion, the chances are slim.

I loved that show! Second series looks unlikely unfortunately :o(

There's not going to be a second series. The show was cancelled unfortunately. I thought it was an awesome show.

The show has been canned, but since the Sci-Fi channel has been airing repeats, they may pick it up for the new season.
