what do these companies mean?

I have a Business management degree (bachelors) in the progress of getting my MBA I am looking at all jobs they all say 2-3, 4-5 years experience?? Where does one get experience for such jobs? Can anyone think of other jobs that need an MBA with a focus in management?

Education gives you a point to begin to think from, a heads up of sorts. There is no substitution for expereince.
