Bush is an imbecile supported by imbeciles. There is absolutely no Constitutional authority to control other peoples of the world or meddle in their affairs. The President's lawful authority is clearly defined in the Constitution and only idiots would condone that he overthrow the Constitution under the pretext of some contrived greater good.

dear midddleninja,

Obviously you are a terrorism supporter. Terrorists have destroyed the twin towers after failed attempts the first time. The killed sailors on the USS Cole,an air force barracks was leveled with many deaths. A plane was crashed into the pentagon, another was aborted with many deaths. Sarin gas was used in Japan, England has had many attacks,Spain also. Israel has been a target since its inception. Even most of the country's that grow and promote terrorism have deadly and disfiguring problems with each other. I could give thousands of other examples throughout the history of the world.

Unfortunately sometimes one must fight fire with fire. The president before Bush, did nothing, his father was limited because of the united nations.

WE SHOULD THANK GOD FOR A PRESIDENT LIKE BUSH!

Bush is not trying to prevent leaders from killing their own people. He's not trying to bring democracy to Iraq. He illegally and unconstitutionally invaded Iraq for two reasons: 1) He had a personal vendetta against Hussein; and 2) Cheney wants all the OIL under Iraq's sands so his Exxon-Mobil buddies can get richer and richer and richer.
If Bush really, truly wanted to spread democracy around the world, why isn't he invading all the other dictatorships ruled by evil despots? Because they have no easily-accessible OIL!
Prediction: As soon as he can come up with a plausible reason for doing so, he will illegally and unconstitutionally invade Iran - again, because Iran has lots and lots of OIL.
Bush, a self-proclaimed "born again Christian" has no faith in his God, and fails miserably at his religion. I believe there's a commandment that clearly states, "THOU SHALT NOT KILL". I don't think there's any disclaimer saying, "Thou shalt not kill UNLESS you're the Commander-In-Chief of a super power."
Bush and Cheney are both oil men. They recognize the need for keeping demand high for petroleum products, and also realize they must rely on the middle east to continue supplying them with relatively cheap inventories of raw material. If we have to start drilling for oil in more difficult terrain, oil company profits will dwindle as expenses rise.
Bush is nothing more than an incompetent, corrupt, evil, cowardly puppet for the hidden leaders of this country who control our elections and determine our country's direction.
Surely there's an oil-soaked corner of Hell especially reserved for these evil doers where they can spend their eternal damnation blaming each other for destroying our world. -RKO-

I like Bush. It's his idea about the spreading of democracy that makes people think he wants to control the world, when all along he wants to show people what democratic nations can do if they work peaceably. The mideast is a big stumbling block, since many of their beliefs are based on religion from the middle ages and have been reluctant to modernize their countries.

I like Bush.

He's not trying to control the world-he's trying to prevent other world leaders from killing their own people. Saddam has killed like 100,000 with mustard gas. He aids and abets terrorists.

Should we stand by and do nothing?
