I'm a girl and my roommate says I sometimes moan in my sleep, but TRUST me it's not because I'm dreaming about sex. I don't know why, I've told her to tape me so I can hear what I sound like but she says I don't do it anymore. I guess it's only when I sleep face up.

Well if they already had sex that night then they are probably dreaming about the sex they just had. I know I would be.

More than likely they are talking in their head but their mouth isn't forming the words. Perhaps your man is repeating what happened earlier with you.
I am a woman and talk in my sleep all the time. I work things out while I am sleeping.
