Hello Lola,
Why end the questions? I think we should never stop.
Life is a quest, a journey, a continuous search for answers.
But a question that could top all the other is:
"What is this, really?"
Or as Plato best put it :
"Is this the Horse, or is it the idea of the Horse?"
Other variations of the same question are:
"Is it live, or is it Memorex?" or the now famous "Am I in the Matrix now?"
I explain:
Plato believed that reality is composed of two realms:
The world of senses, which gives us incomplete knowledge since we are only using five, and where everything changes and nothing is permanent. And the world of ideas where we can achieve true knowledge by using our reason, since ideas are "eternal and immutable".
Regards
AV

I'm not sure there is a sole question to ask that would end all questions......I think it depends on the type of questions asked?
There is always questions about how things work and about the mystery of life. For wonderers & wanderers like you n me and others on here these questions should never end.
I don't know about a question that ends all questions but the quality of the question of "Who am I?" seems that it could possibly have the power to end all other questions. the thing is, is there a static answer to that question? Is there a stopping point when we truly know who we are
and we don't need to inquire anymore?
Maybe we will reach this when we feel no more need to ask questions anymore. When we just BE. When the search for self is over but yet growth still occurs. Have you ever read Siddhartha by Herman Hesse? Siddhartha found what he wanted from observing the river and then all his searching/questions ended.
I dunno 4 sure about this but your question is very good!
Thank u.

The sole question you should ask to end all other questions is:
Where did God come from?

Answer to your question: Is there a sole question i can ask to end all other questions?
Answer to the answer's question: No, for two reasons:
1. Any question whatever is based on assumptions, and those assumptions can be questioned,
2. Any answer to any question always generates more questions.
