Every where is allowed, why should be prohibited? unless it's aimed to do it for a sexual purposes.

I'm guessing it would be legal most places if it were done discreetly. Here in the US there are laws against public nudity, and such, but breast feeding can be done quite discreetly.

feeding is not prohibited in any country when child feels hungry mother gives milk that's it
