it feels good to know that we have scientist out there who question what they see and are willing to change the answer when they find that past scientists have been wrong or that new information and discoveries change how we view what we see. I love feeling like I live in a world where when a planet is found lacking we stop calling it a planet.

I think Pluto should file a grievance complaint. I'm sure many lawyers are around who'd love to take the case.

Remember when the church increased the miracle requirement for sainthood because there were getting to be too many of them and either St. Christopher or St. Patrick (can't remember which) was demoted to martyr by the new rules?

I think it's excellent. Pluto lacked many characteristics shared by the other planets, and shared many characteristics with other Kuiper Belt objects.

Its a darn shame. 76 years and dissed. Kicked in the crotch by the scientific community. I think Pluto should take its toys and go to some other system where it will be appreciated for what it truly is...a legitimate planet.

very bad. actually, i felt terrible about Pluto.. its kind of orphaned. now these nine guys were all living like a family of 9 lovely kids roaming around with papa Sun, and one sudden morning you have some bunch of jokers who take the youngest kid out and say tomorrow onwards he's not going to stay around... funny. really funny. how can you do this with Pluto... sob sob... boo hoo hoo
