My boyfriend is studyiny in another country. We are really in love and I am asking for ways to keep the fire burning despite the distance. We communicate through email but my access is a bit limited.

Just try to keep an open line of commication. My husband works in a different, so he is gone for 2 weeks at a time. Try to get creative with each other on the phone talking about what you would do to each other. Or you can send sexy pictures back and for via email or cell phone.

You make me feel lucky in my relationship-- at least we are in the same country, though not the same state. My bf and I IM all through the day (we both use computers at work) and we are on the phone a lot.
We talk about everything, from what he is doing on a jobsite to what my kids are doing to the nasty things he would like to be doing with my body . . . it keeps us going until we can get together, which is never often enough (several weeks lately). For you it will likely be even longer if you can't afford to get together much.
Good luck!!

Same position partner away at war for 8 months. get a hobby, keep yourself busy, write, call, make the most of the time you do get to talk or see each other, i get 10 mins a week on phone! If he's the 'one' it'll all work out fine

The best thing is just to keep in contact as much as possible, and do thoughtful things like send little gifts. If at all possible, you should go and visit him so that you can see what his life is like, and meet the people he's friends with
