Women do not have sperm. It's biologically impossible.
However, it appears there is such a thing as female ejaculation (it's not nearly the same process as male ejaculation, and most of the time doesn't happen):

I have no idea what exaculate is. If you mean ejaculate, some women can but it's rare. And no, women do not have sperm!
Based on your questions, I have to think that you are very young. Therefore, I would strongly recommend that you not have sex with anyone at this time.

They don't have sperm, but some of them do ejaculate. Informally it's called squirting. It's mostly a clear liquid and the quantity really depends on the individual and on the level of excitation when she comes.

Yes they can ejaculate and they only have sperm if someone puts it there. I think your g/f can find someone that knows more what they are doing and gets her to squirt
