Maybe I should explain the reason for putting my GPA. I have a 4.0 because nobody has ever done my work for me. I work hard to maintain my good grades.

They're too lazy to look it up themselves. They're the same ones that ask questions here that can be answered by a simple search. Or the ones that use the "teen & preteen" subcategory under "pregnancy & parenting" to ask ridisulous questions about what they should do about they're boyfriend.

Global networking, in the real world no one cares that you were able to read a book and comprehend most companies want people that can function as a part of a team. I think it is good people are using the internet to do their work. I also think they are stupid to use the answers without checking it themselves.

I don't mind helping someone with a hard question or problem... I'm a former teacher, have a Masters and I'm 67... so I have LOADS of life experience. I'll try to help someone... but I'll be DAMNED if I'm going to do the whole night's homework FOR them... I believe it's necessary to help people understand the work, but when someone puts up a 30 question listing of their entire week-ends homework... then they can do it theirself... OR FAIL... and I really don't care which.
This is especially true when, after I have tried to help someone, I'm accused by the mental midgets of bragging about my background because their own background is so miserable, they feel uncomfortable being around people who have forgotten more than they will ever learn.
