During summer vacation I used to play 10 times a week ---- 2 on monday, 2 on tuesday, 1 on wednesday, 2 on thursday, 1 on Friday, 2 on saturday and none on sunday. Now that school is back, I only play 1. Once the tennis season starts I will play 5 times/week.......

i play about 4 times a week...when i was competitve...i played 6 times a week. If you are between a 1.0 and a 3.0 I would recommend at least two lessons, and 2 other days of either a ball machine or opponent that can hit to you. If you are 3.5-5.0 I would suggest a lesson a week, and 1-2 practice hittings, at least 1 (the more the merrier) practice match.

i play tennis six times a week for at least two hours everyday. if you want to get better you need to play at leas five hours a week spread out...say approximately three days for 1 hour 45 minutes each.
