Having lived and worked as a psychic in the UK, Australia, India, USA and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, I have always found anyone knowledgeable about Tarot to pronounce it as ta-row.

You can always tell when someone is naive of the Tarot when they pronounce it Ta-Rot or TARE-oh. It’s just ta-row.

well, it's a french word, so you don't pronounce the t and the o says it's own name..........
