See a doctor. Don't trust people on this site to give you medical advice. If you don't have a doctor or insurance, go to a family planning clinic. They are very helpful.

Are you pregnant? If you are some of the signs of miscarriage are: severe cramping in the lower abdomen, vice like grip across the lower back in the region of the kidneys, pinkish or grey discharge, bleeding with clots. With this said, however you may or may not experience all of these or any of these. I've had multiple miscarriages, and each one has been different.
The best thing is to ask your OBGYN for advice.
Since you just had your period a few weeks ago you might also be experiencing what is called "mittleschmertz" or middle pain, which is very common around ovulation, typically around the middle of your cycle. You can feel slightly crampy as the egg is released from your ovary and nauseated from hormonal changes.

How long have you been on birth control? Sometimes you do experience break through bleeding while on birth control. It is a normal side effect. Were you late taking your pills any days? That happened to me also. I had mine 2 times in a month also. Read the info with the birth control.

Have you been ill? sometimes being sick and diarohea can cancel the pill out causing you to bleed half way through. Although I would go and see a doctor to be on the safe side.

Check with your doctor. But you said you are on the pill, and bleeding out of cycle while on the pill is one of the most common side effects there are.
