This may sound odd, but I have heard of using vinegar. Put on the area and let it sit awhile. If they are white and 100% cotton, I use a little bleach mixture. Also, perhaps a spray like Febreze will help.

Put the shirts on a boil wash and that will definately get rid of the smell.

wash them with lemon or normal detergent soap.

Try using deodarant next time.

put it in washing machine with some tide or cheer, should smell pretty clean after that
