You realized that you were a little overconfident, things didn't go the way you planned. Don't worry about what other people say, it will only bother you as long as you let it. For the future, think about this, don't assume you know how things will go, set yourself up to be in the best position you can, and don't be disappointed in any outcome because you prepared the best you could. If you just focus on what you can control and do it to the best of your ability, you won't have these kinds of bad days. You can't control everything and everyone no matter how hard you try or how badly you want it. So control what you can and let that be enough to keep you happy. Forgive yourself too, always forgive yourself and move on, you are a good person.

If you can find one person on this earth that has not embarrassed themselves at some time I would be shocked. You sound a lot like me. Public embarrassment is NOT something I deal with well. However, you need to shrug it off. Perhaps even chuckle a little with them. Remember you are human and to err is human. It may be the topic of conversation today but they will forget about it tomorrow. Keep your head up sweetie.......tomorrow is a new day.

Well, lets face it... You blew it!
Now, do you get on with your life, or, hide in a cave and never come out again? Your choice!
So, when you decide to get over brooding, and berating yourself, you just calmly go back there the next day and say, "BOY THAT DIDNT GO WELL"...
(By acknowledging your boo boo,you can head off thier attacks).
Just tell them that you want to start "fresh", as that presentation was a bust, and that you will do better next time...
I wish you well..

You're very vague as to what happened. If you think you need to apologize for you're actions, then do so and forget about it. Don't place to much importance on this. It burdens the mind and causes nothing but stress. Have a nice day!

Everybody has a bad day now and again. The trick is to keep a bad day from becoming two bad days or a bad week and on and on. Just get up, get happy, and get going with your life.

We all have done it. Do you want to live the life of a saint? Act cooky sometimes. It's ok. If you don't you will regret it later in life. You will look back at life and think, my god, was i that boring???
Not you though...you have something to look back at and laugh! That is way cool!!! Life is too short to not be able to laugh at yourself!!

Act as if it hasn't bothered you that much. If something brings it up, laugh and say, "Oh yeah, that was pretty embarrassing." and when they see that it hasn't bothered you a whole lot they will drop it faster than they would if they knew how devestated you were by the event.
