Yes research show that the government are using birds as wire tapping devices...... well they been using these devices since they detained Bigfoot and snowman.
But!!! when a pigeon congregate on telephone wires they mean business see the government are using them as assault device (in short they poop on people)

lol that is a good question. my mom said that they ask the one next to them which car should i poo on the red or the green. its just a joke so please don't take offense. actually maybe its a great place away from the business of people and cars. they probably enjoy watching everything below. i sure would if i could stand on a electrical wire and not get hurt;)
