Get married. Buy or make curtains to insulate your windows and decorate your home.
We hung old blankets to start with. It wasn't "pretty", but it was functional.

Get both. Why does everyone feel the need to spend so much on a marriage. Marriages can range from 70 bucks to 2.5 million(I saw it on E!). The most important thing is that you have the right person.

Get the windows. You love each other. What difference is a piece of paper make? Of course maybe with taxes or health care.

Weddings don't have to cost a fortune. Go to Justice of the Peace and have a dinner party afterwards. Then get those windows.
