How do you make a new account on yahoo?

My brother wants to make his own yahoo account for himself but I don't know how, does anyone know how to do it?

First, I hope that you have your Yahoo Username and password.

Then LOG OUT of Yahoo. When you do, you should see a link to sign up as a new member.

Click on yahoo mail and create an email account.

when you go on the yahoo homepage click on the 'my mail' button underneath the yahoo logo.

then underneath where u sign in ti get ur mail it say's Don't have a Yahoo i.d and a button sign up click on that!!!
