I pay £20 per month and for that I get £35 credit to spend on anything. It can be used for texts, or calls etc. Some services aren't included but this suits me.
It is with T-mobile and is called Flex-t. But they have many different deals available.
Mind you, I am not someone who spends ages tatting with their phone.

3 have the best tariffs for texting when it comes to 12 month contract. There's the 30 pound a month tariff already mentioned with 300 mins, 1000 texts, 50 video mins, 50 mms, 5 pounds free downloads each month. Or for 25 pounds a month you get 150 mins, 750 texts, 25 video mins,25 mms and 5 pounds downloads. Both have double mins/texts for first 3 months.
T-mobile flext 35 (18 month contract) is excellent value but depends how coverage is in your area. I find them pretty poor generally.
Better deals are available on 18 month contracts on all the main networks but personally there's no way I could keep the same phone for 18 months !

Hi well the best way i can advise is to tell you about three. There is a tariff where for £100 per month you get
; Text messages ( 300 )
; Voice Minutes ( 2000 )
; Video Minutes ( 100 )
: Video Messages ( 100 )
; Multimedia Messages ( 100 )
: Emails ( 50 )
: Free internet powered by Yahoo Search
Download allowance for games, ringtones and pictures ( £40) on average 8 full price games, 16 discount price games, 8 full price ringtones, 16 discount price ringtones and 12 realtones per month.
I hope this is of any help to you because for the first 3 months it will cost £50 and after that £100 per month on a 12 or 18 month contract. You can save yourself a lot of money. After the inital 3 months you can drop to a lower tariff which is still great 4 money. Let me know how it goes.

Try ''Three'', My son got a really good deal from them. Over 300 mins, 1000 txts for £15 a month for first 9months (12 month contract). It's worth telling Orange your going to change - they could offer you a deal!

That wasn't nice about the love handles thing.
Anyway, T-Mobile could give you a good deal for £35. Lots of minutes, lots of texts and it's flexible. It's T-Mobile for me any day.

Check out e2save.com who are the internet part of carphone warehouse. You'll definitely get a better deal than you have now if you are flexible about which handset you take.
