The main breaker outside will have it marked. Not all appliances are continuous load appliances which is how the total of the breakers in the box will add up to more than what the main circuit is rated.

The entrance panel will be marked, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's what the circuit is providing. Check the primary fuses or circuit breakers, it's marked on them.

Do Not add up the circuit breakers, Look at the main disconnect if it's not marked on the front, pull it out and look on the cartridge fuses and see if they're marked 60amp,100amp,etc...

There should be a main disconnect fuse or breaker. This will be marked 100A, 150A or 200A. The service is not the total of all breakers in the panel.
