To start with you'll need to get a high school diploma or GED. I don't know where you are planning to go to school, but the cost for my nursing education at a community college for a 2 year degree was about $5500.00. Before I started the actual nursing program I had to take some biology classes such as anatomy and physiology, also had to take math, english and psychology classes. Hope this helps.
