Please advice what we should do when we discover that the boss become incompetent?

This is a tough one..It could backfire on you if you go over his head..Hopefully his boss will notice too..if he has no boss then you should quit

Id do nothing, his days are probably numbered, just don't develop the same habits, and I might look for something else so he doesn't screw you over
