If by "world" you mean universe and by "black/light hole" you mean black hole, then the answer is maybe. There are some astrophysicists who have posited that our entire observable universe is locate within a HUGE black hole and all that we observe (galaxies, stars, planets, asteroids, Pluto, etc.) lies inside that black hole. Check out:

"In the new model, the Big Bang is an actual explosion within a black hole in an existing space. The shock wave of the explosion is expanding into an infinite space, leaving behind it a finite amount of matter. The universe is emerging from a white hole. The opposite of a black hole, a white hole throws matter out instead of sucking it in. " [See source.]

This implies that there might be a much larger universe outside the black hole we are stuck in. But, given the nature of black holes, our observable universe is unlikely to escape into that other universe. (Hawking says there is some, but relatively minor loss from a black hole.) It also suggests the possibility that other, smaller universes might exist in the black holes we see inside our observable universe. Very strange...don't you think?

No u don't get light from black holes the gravitation is so great that light can't escape. The only thing that makes a black hole is the collapsing of a star, and is normally found in the center of a Galaxy.

Who cares? If we are, then it would seem that they are in balance at the moment and it's business as usual. Let me know when something changes and I'll be sure to crap out the proper size twinkie.

It's possible, but highly improbable...
