I have to go for a urine test tomorrow, but was wondering if you're not supposed to have sex before taking one

Before any test concerning sexual organs (as well as urine one), it is preferable to avoid any sexual contact and intercourse.

Sure you can, just be aware that there will be floaters in your urine, and everyone in the lab is going to know that you either got it, or gave it to yourself.

As long as you don't do it just before peeing in the cup, you are ok, otherwise it will be an interesting sample.
