There is no "Universal fulcrum" around which everything spins.
Having a Universal fulcrum would imply a center to the universe, to which there is none.

The universe is isotropic, no matter which direction you look in any given position, you will find that everything is pretty much spread out evenly.
Here on Earth, we look out onto the Universe and we see almost everything else moving away from us, but this does not mean we are at the center....if we were in another galaxy, we should see the same thing.
