i accidentaly fell into my 11yr old son and he hit his testicles on a table cormer. pls help!?

its been 2 hours and he hasnt stopped crying. im way out in the middle of nowhere so finding help will be difficult. is there a way i can make the swelling go down? they must be about twice their normal size. i dont think it can hurt that much to be hit down there, can it?
