how to see files under temporary internet folder( ihave xls files in it but iam not able c it)?

how to see files under temporary internet folder( i have xls files in it but iam not able c it when iam opening the folder, it just showing system files but not my file)

In internet explorer, go to tools, and pick Internet Options. There should be a place that says Temporary Internet Files with a button that says Delete Files. Next to that button should be a button that says Settings. Click that button and in that new screen should be a button that says View Files.
