black light is safe...
no dangers unless u break it and step on it...
u can buy a black light bulb at any store that sells regular bulbs
dont know about sperm...probably since it would glow...but then again, it could be anything, not just sperm
they have special pens/markers/paints that only show up under a black light...like in gone in 60 seconds.
