A win32 worm is a virus (actually its a worm, bigger than a virus.) Win32 means that it runs on 32-bit windows platforms. The name is just a code number given to the virus, Its never the name the guy who programmed it.
The worm's name is the key to remove it. Go to a site like NOD32 and select a specified cleaning agent. Your com will be fine.
