My guess is what you are asking is what should you say when you propose. (learn to spell or use spell check).
Tell the person that you have found the one person that is your best friend, confidant (sp?), and the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. You know down deep that this is true in your heart and in your soul, and if they feel the same way would they marry you.
