INTRO

Most of us drink caffeine every day without realizing it. We consume it in our coffee, iced tea, and soda. It’s in anything from hot chocolate to lemonade if you’re not careful.

Many adults drink coffee in the morning - their daily intake of caffeine, they call it, to wake them up. But what they don’t realize is that if they’re not careful, they could become very addicted to the caffeine. So addicted, in fact, that they can’t break free - and then things get so bad, they have to buy caffeine for the rest of their life, because they can’t break free.

Overall good ideas and approach.

Some suggestions ...

We expect that hot chocolate has caffeine, but did you know it can be in lemonade?

Adults who need their daily intake of caffeine each morning can become addicted to it. Like all addictions it can become a difficult one to break, so it may lead to a lifetime of "morning coffees".

Symptoms of caffeine use or witrhdrawal may include .....

The most significant comment I would make is that you may need to tighten up your sentences, make them a little more concise.

Best of luck with it.

It's too wordy. This is a report, I assume, of the findings of your research into the topic. Get rid of phrases such as:
"they call it"
"if they're not careful"

Also, your first sub-heading is entitled "Symptoms". Symptoms of what? Caffeine consumption or caffeine withdrawal? I chose to change it to caffeine withdrawal because the "symptoms" that you cited seemed to me to come mostly from the "withdrawal" category but you need to check your research sources to make sure you are listing the symptoms in the correct categories. The list of symptoms of over-consumption of caffeine (if I remember correctly from my own reading) would include jitteriness, sleeplessness, anxiety, etc. But don't take my word for it - check it out with your own research results and document that research. Without documentation, you are just talking off the top of your head and your report lacks credibility.

Do your research and document your findings in your report in the form of a list of sources and footnotes.

How about this for starters?

Most of us drink caffeine every day without realizing it. We consume it in our coffee, iced tea, and soda and it's an ingredient in chocolate products. Many people drink coffee in the morning to get their daily dose of caffeine and to wake them up. They may not realize that they could become very addicted to the caffeine.

the 2nd sentence in the 1st paragraph doesn't seem to make sense

You sound like you are on the right track. You might mention that people that can't have caffine and do also get headaches when they do expose themselves to caffine.

It is also amazing to find out which foods do have caffine just by reading labels.

Not bad so far. Is this report based off of your opinion or research? It kind of sounds more like an opinion to me.

I was taught not to use contractions when writing reports, essays, etc. You might want to check into that.
