Obviously - the party is following the brains of its' leaders - which is to say little (or no) intelligence leads to smaller numbers and (hopefully) EXTINCTION (before a Hilary run anyway). While the meek may inherit the earth - it doesn't say anywhere that they will be brainless or stupid!
