Tennessee!
Everyone has our down home southern charm. Plus, you can run into celebrities all the time. I have personally encountered Nicole Kidman, Kid Rock, Keith Urban, Mindy McCready, Garth Brooks, and Charlie Daniels.
And the food is fabulous! Smoky Mountains are breathtaking, the rivers are great for fishing, and the people are phenomenal.

Minnesota is pretty, too cold. I am originally from Chicago, which is very cool, but Illinois as a state sucks. Same for New York state.
I will go with Florida. Great economy, great weather, diverse cultures, wildlife.

CALIFORNIA WESTCOAST! I can tell you this from experience i have lived in four different states Florida, Arizona, New York, and california is where i was born and is the best so far.

Hawaii.
Pacific paradise, beaches, blue water, moderate temperatures, shorts everyday, laid back atmosphere. Need I say more.
