if you are not in good physical condition try exercising between times - when you are in good shape it helps alot
also, talk to doctor to make sure all is ok
you can take otc medicine, lay on stomach with heating pad under you. my friend suffered most of her life & it turns out it was because her uterus was tipped - in wrong position.

Take a warm bath and put warm sponge at the area! somtimes it help to breath deeply
To prevent it try eatting right like alot of fruit and veggies mostly friuts

SQUIT DOWN....u problems have clots that need out. thats just how i get and ive been like it all week, but as soon as i do that then after 5 mins i stand up and got to the bathroom and the clot is out and i feel 90% better

there isnt really a way to completely overcome it but take a pain killer and excercise. when the pain comes try to keep moving and hopefully it'll pass.

its just like that. i usually take work/school off, take some midol and lay on couch for about two hours, the pain passes.
