You can't, that only happens in the movies, and even then very rarely. The truth is the majority of people who have been "discovered" have already spent years in the industry, either as an actor doing comerical work (even that takes some training and a lot of luck), or models, or actors who have worked for years to hone thier craft. My advice is to train yourself as a performer (whatever vein that is, if you are an actor then make sure you can sing, dance, act, everything). With training will come exposure, and more and more work, eventually with a lot of hard work, and even more luck you might get a break.
