If you can wear deodorant but not perfume it suggests that it is the aromatics that are the problem. I do not know about causing migraine but it may well cause headaches even severe ones.
The likely cause is the olfactory nerve. If it is giving you problems with perfumes now it is likely to give you further problems with other things that smell like gasoline and solvents.
I would recommend you see a doctor.

Some companies make solid perfumes and roll-on perfumes. Try using one of those instead of a perfume spray because with a spray, the chemicals are spread throughout the air, but with roll-on you just rub it in where you want it and it doesn't send the particles into the air as much to breathe it in to give you a headache.

You don't just have to wear perfume to smell good. There are many oppositions. Some that I can think of would be is before you go out take a shower and use body wash that makes your skin smell great. you could go to bath and body works for that. They have great stuff their. Anyways you could also use frebreze for your clothing. you could also put peppermint oil around your neck to make a pleasant smell. you could also use lotions too!!!

Try natural oils.
These are what the perfumes are based on without the rest of the chemicals.

You should use perfume oil because that is all natural they don't put powerful substances into it. Or you can buy scented deodrant that might work to.

What about some sented lotions, or ( I know this sounds weird) but you could get some dryer sheets and rub them on your clothes. Or you could just put some in your pockets. There are dryer sheets that really smell good and it works...I 've done it before!

I would go with scented oils. You can get natural flower essences in roller bottles, and roll on more than one to create your own scent. $5-8 per scent at Whole Foods.

some perfumes, even designer ones, are available as deodorant - kind of expensive for pit stuff, but it might work.
