If you have outrageously large boobies than yes, please wear another bra. People in the streets don't know you like that.

If you are a B cup or smaller, the shirt is probably enough. That's why the built in support is there.
If you are a C, you may go either way. It's up to you if you feel that you need additional support.
If you are a D+, definitely wear a bra under it. The foam cups aren't meant to hold any kind of weight, and are fairly small in size. They are there mainly to help shape smaller busts while offering the minimal support to keep them in place. The foam is frequently not big enough to even cover the breast. If you are fuller, avoid these shirts. Besides the fact that you have to wear a bra with them for support, the foam cups can stand out funny over the bra. Especially when the shirt cups are smaller than your breasts.

I almost always wear a bra with the built-in bra just to give me a little extra push-up. There's one shirt I have that I don't wear a bra with though because it doesn't have a back to it so you can't.

I have no choice but to wear a bra with the built in ones. I'm too well endowed to just wear the shirts by themselves.

Well, the most important thing is whether you feel comfortable or not. If you feel comfortable with the built-in bra then well, dont wear another one..but if you think that the built-in bra isnt enough, you can wear another one inside..but I think wearing two bras is kind of weird, dont you think?

If you are well-contained, so to speak you won't need an additional bra. If you feel you need that support - then by all means, add another.

That all depends on your bra size, the tops are made like one size fits all & in reality that isn't true.
