Depends on the funeral...somebody's mom, probably not.
But if it is one of your contemporaries, & you knew what they wanted their celebration into the next world, then go for it.
But generally funerals are sad get togethers where people bring up memories of the dearly departed.

That depends - was the deceased a jazz dance choreographer? if so, then maybe not. Under pretty much all other circumstances, probably yes.
