I think if a person is too sick, dying would come in as a relief so they show no bitterness and regret of leaving their loved ones behind knowing life will continue to just move on,with or without him.Usually bedridden people would prefer to stop his suffering and get that eternal rest, physically and mentally.Leaving one's beloved family is never easy most especially if the ones left behind aren't strong enough to surpass daily trials that's when a tear is shed because there's nothing he can do to stay alive, not even his tears will miraculously heal his illness and bring him back to life..

If the minute is there,I think having a restful face won't be too dramatic for the family left behind to digest rather than a disturbing face that will haunt his familycircle for the rest of their lifetime which isn't really healthy neither.
And I believe leaving an impression of readiness is quite a welcome & a consolation for the peace of mind of everybody.

If the death is from sickness, it could be that the person has come to accept what is happening and feels no need to cry. I imagine that faith has a lot to do with it, most people have faith that they are going to a better place/will return in some form, and so are not as sad as those left behind. I imagine it would be harder to not cry when you are saying goodbye to a loved one and you know you have to stay on this earth and deal with the pain.

I say probably because they have a sense of peace that floods them when They are about to pass on. I am sure that There is a sense of utter happiness and contentment as you approach that glorious destination. I bet you can already feel the peace in your heart before you actually let go. Does that make sense?

To me, alot of people don't cry becasue they realize that there is no way that it will help. Crying would be a waste of energy and time becasue they know the situation is unevitable.

I don't think i would cry either. People who believe in God look at as that they are going to be with the man who made it all possible.

The truth is crying takes lots of energy and people who are dying don't have anything left to give. Many times their emotions have already been spent and they don't have any left.

Death bed? Last breath? Sounds like you are talking more of movie scenes than real life honestly.

When a person is about to die, they will just know. They will feel it way before their spirit are taken back to GOD. I guess the reason is they have plenty of time to prepare themselves?
