Define your truth. I'm talking about just "telling it like it is"...

I expect an honest answer. Do people ask questions and then want you to say what they want to hear or do they actually want to have an honest to god answer?

I know the feeling...the truth from a faceless stranger is never going to stack up to much in the minds of the masses though...
Sometimes the truth is not what is required, they are just venting and are wanting people to identify with them, rather than provide solutions...

I know I can deal with the truth. I always want an honest answer. What is the point of answering if it is a lie?

Everybody wants to hear the truth, but unfortunately...the truth isnt always pleasant to hear and so in most cases people just basically wish the truth was easy to hear. All i know is, personally, i prefer the brutual truth to a comfortable lie any day.

I only ask questions where I want a truthful answer. So I would prefer a truthful answer. If it a BS answer, I usually tell them that by adding details to it and telling them what I think of them.

If I ask a question, I'd like someone to be truthful. Even if it hurts, I want the truth. I try to tell the truth to people!

it depends on what you're waiting to hear, but I prefer Truth, If you prefer a lie is because you don't want to face reality, maybe because it hurts or because you don't want to be responsible, well that's just my point of view

if it's a difficult question then i prefer the sugar-coated truth. i don't want to be lied to but if the truth is hard to swallow then don't throw it at me and make me feel like i hit a brick wall doing 100mph.
