Yes. An example is photon. A photon has no mass but only packets of energy. But according to de Broglie's equation of wave-particle duality, the wavelength of a photon is given by Planck's constant divided by its momentum. Using relativity, it is apparent that the massless photon does possess mass when travelling at the speed of light. Rearranging de Broglie's equation, the mass of the photon is given by:

m=h/(lambdaxc).
